@@123gtt Glorious indeed. What would you consider a reasonable asking price for the sv1000s? There is one listed in my area for around 3500 that really hasnt been molested anf remains fairly stock (give or take). I love my 83VT750 but am growing quite bored of it and would like to step up.

They are a good solid round bike, if it’s been well serviced the price is bang on for a very clean one. If you can pick up a SZ model you’ll be better off. They have a slightly higher compression and bigger throttle bodies. Front end benefits from a up grade, and rear shock

Gaz B not really that out of depth. Only 4 cars on track faster on the day. Out of 60. 550 bhp evo. Audi TT stage 3 fully track preped and a Porsche gt3. Nothing else came close apart from the crazy caddy van. I’m rocking a completely wrong setup, suspension wise, I had no rear anti roll bar on and a heavy duty one on the front, and a baby seat in the back. I Pissed on a lot of serious track cars, while listening to the radio. Watch my other videos, practically nothing over took me on the whole day. There’s 2 hours worth of footage. And I virtually lapped everything

Paul C stage 2 Apr and tcu tune. Bilstein clubsport suspension but was not running a rear anti roll unfortunately as it was bent and did not have time to refit the OE one. Have a uprated front on to, so it was under steering like a bitch. Brakes just club sport disks and RS 29 pads

@@123gtt Nice. How did the brakes hold up? What fluid did you have and did you have braised lines?

@@bullychris brakes were good, no fade at all, all day. Rs3 ducts RS29 brake pads Motal 660 fluid Original brake lines, no need to up grade these, yet

chippydc5 If anyone on a track day decides to overtake in the wrong place, against the rules, leaves the braking far to late and is near me, yes I will be dishing out slaps if needed! There was cars up to £120,000 on track that day, just cause it’s a shit clio does not give you the right to drive like a nob!

upside downdog I think it was due to emissions! It’s a model that had loads of room for improvement. Suspension, chassis, brakes, and mostly the engine had loads of potential!

upside downdog this video was before I fitted quick shifter and tweeked the suspension up. I was lapping 2/3 seconds quicker

alan punshon Bimota used the TL version for one of their bikes so it must be a good one. I read a British mag where they rode one on the autobahn and drafted a Hayabusa almost hitting 200mph on it. The DL is still using its version.

I love mine as well. I crush most all super sports on three street. They seemed shocked when they find out they got spanked by a 60 year old on a b-day twin...non Ducati.
